not sure why the 1st one isn't listed since they list Marvel Universe Handbooks, which are not comics with stories, but that's the main reason I can think of, since the book is not a comic with stories. But they may have just missed it too, since they list many Marvel Universe handbooks from the 80s to 2015. It's not under Marvel Universe Handbook either.
The Postermania book isn't listed because it's a poster book, not a comic book. Didn't you wonder why NONE of the Postermania's are listed, not just the 1998 one? Although, searching 'Poster Book' they do list 4 poster books from various companies from 2004-2006. But wizard has produced postermania books since the 90s and none are listed, so you gotta assume they're not going to be now.
