I cannot seem to find this book.
It seems to be a promo copy of the 30th Anniversary of Sandman. It looks like the TPB at this link: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/sandman/1C_trade%20paper%20back/pkuuots but it's just a promo comic for what appears to be the first issue.
I'm not sure where this should go. It was a free giveaway at different conventions.

That's a weird one because it's a 30th-anniversary special #1
There is already a special #1 and a trade paperback with the same picture but different text.
