common as dirt, always have been. since the ones you asked about just reprint the movies, which everyone has seen and which is better than reading it, they just don't sell for a ton, just like every other movie adaptation comic. And they've reprinted it a few times in various formats that are cheaper, so that will dilute the 1st ones too. For decades the #1 issue had been in guides at well above the real world market, and it finally jumped a good bit when they continued the movies, but they're not rare except for the 35 cent cover version. Back in the day when it was $20 in the guide, you could buy them all day for $10 or less. When it hit $40-$50 most old timers laughed and could buy it for $20-$25 (in NM) all day. It's now $150 on CPG, but I haven't looked anywhere to see if it sells for anywhere near that in raw grade (vs pro-graded). I wouldn't pay that for it now for sure.

Can anyone suggest a reason why Marvel's first Star Wars series from 1977 is not higher priced? In particular, I'm thinking about the first 6 issues, which are based on the original movie's screenplay, and also issues 39 thru 44 which adapt The Empire Strikes Back. It seems to me these are pretty significant comics considering how important Star Wars lore is to popular culture worldwide.
