Hickman is writing a fantastic series and it's having a ripple effect.
Excaliber #31 - Has gone up in value because of the first pages of House of X #1 and the "pod people"
Uncanny X-men 191 - Has gone up in value because it's the first appearance of Nimrod. An important "person" in the series.
Let us know if you see any other changes based on this storyline.

Funny you mention Excalibur. I bought a ton of that book solely on the Krakoa appearance before HOX #1 came out.
I'm speculating a bunch of first appearances that were listed in the HOX/POX free previews book. 100's to 1000's of mutants and they manage to only mention 24 first appearances.
Not any changes on these books.....yet. But keep an eye out for
