I've noticed the the incentives are marked RI (Retailer Incentives), aren't those variant normal ratio incentives?
When I read retailer incentives that would mean that a retailer (LCBS) had a custom cover made for themselves.
Thank you

Ratio variants are considered retailer incentive variants as they are used to incentivize the retailer to buy more copies of the book. Custom covers will usually have an appreciation or acronym for their name where the RI would be.
This issue of Black Cat #1 is an example of a cover printed for a specific retailer: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/black-cat/1-CMXP-A/pkwpbss
