I spent 4 hours,trying to look up stuff,and it just stalled the whole time.Logged out,and back in.Funny thing was when not logged in,the search engine worked fine.What is the problem here?I'm paying 8 dollars a month.and can't find a thing?

Martin,
The site backup happens late Sunday night to early Monday morning. This is important in case of a cyber attack. We want to make sure that everyone's data is properly and safely backed up each week.
