And it's the normal cover but this was part of a set called "The Creator Series" and not sure if that is variant enough for consideration.

Ron can answer for sure, but my guess is no, because it's still a regular edition COVER that just signed, not a variant cover. the sig and packaging etc. doesn't qualify it for variant listing, only the cover would.
