I recently found several 'amazing spiderman' comics from 1963.
While scanning many comic sites, I realized these have no price on the cover (e.g. 10 or 12 cents).
They also have "not for resale" on the cover.
What does this mean, including the obvious assumption.
Ty.

it means they're not from 1963. they're modern reprints, sometimes sent out with newspapers or other promotions. Search for Amazing Spider-Man on CPG and keep scrolling down the big list and see if any of the Giveaways match yours. Also check the list for just #1, it has a number of reprints, both freebies and not: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/amazing-spider-man-the/siww
then you can check the other issue numbers by themselves too. edited by collectibleshop on 2/24/2019

Comics originally packaged with toys are ones that may have no cover price. As Niko noted, they are of minimal value.
