So I'm working on an article and I'm not finding any information on Google on this topic.
What was the first comic store exclusive book?
The oldest book that I've found is from 1999. Can any of you find or think of something older?
Second question, what was the first convention exclusive book?
My best guess right now is something with Wizard World or San Diego Comic Con
Please help me find this out and we will share it with the world

The oldest convention exclusive that I've found is Flaming Carrot Comics #19 from July 1988 SDCC exclusive. Did anyone find anything older?
