Is it possible to put a comic book in more than one Box? For example, I have a Box for key issues and a Box for autographed books. And I have a Box for each. So if I have an autographed comic book that's a key issue, I'd like to be able to have it shown in the key issues box and in the autographed box. If this possible and if so how do I go about doing it? Thanks

You cannot put one comic book in more than one box. Just like in the real world it can only exist in one place at a time, sorry no multiverse. If you have two of the same issue you can put them in different boxes as shown with my screenshot.
