Looking at a PGX signed by Stan Lee on Ebay. Do PGX witness the dig like CGC? Been on the PGX website and it says they authenticate the sigs but not Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko or Stan Lee's. Does this mean the Stan Lee sig was witnessed by PGX? I know PGX have a bad rep but Im just after the sig authentication side of things for this book.
