<description><![CDATA[you have to look inside at the Indicia, hence the description <img src="images/smilies/smile.gif" border=0 alt="smile" />. I used to have some of those when I bought multiples of that issue, and didn't know about the 000 error for years. No one cared then either, couldn't sell them for $2 NM, but now they get $5-10 or more on that auction site. It's not rare at all.<br/><i>edited by collectibleshop on 1/13/2019</i>]]></description>
