wrong forum for this. there are MANY companies that sell covers and pages, and artists that sell their own work if they get it back from then publisher. you want to ask in the Original Comic Art forum: https://comicspriceguide.com/forum/forum7-original-comic-art.aspx
google is your friend too. you don't say which series of #7 you want, which would help narrow the possibility down to whether it's available. the CGC comic art forum has lots of dealers and knowledgeable collectors that could help:
