I posted a variant for Captain America (1996) Variant #1. This copy is a Wizard exclusive but also comes signed by Rob Liefeld.
The comic has a hologram under the publication date in the upper left corner.

From what I can tell after some net searches, that one is listed with the regular cover, but the Wizard edition only came signed, and CPG doesn't list signed comics except for Dynamic Forces. https://comicspriceguide.com/forum/topic9-signed-and-remarked-comics.aspx
Ronbatman can confirm or correct me on that if he comes by...

That's correct. When you add it to your collection, you can put in the notes section for your book that it is signed and other vital info.
