Can you sell a whole "CPG box" at a time OR am I limited to only selling individual issues? If I want to sell a complete run, then it seems the value of it is helped by selling it in bulk. I hunted around and could not find a "sell box" button.

For right now, only individual. However, adding bulk sales options is a feature we're working on and will have done within a few weeks.
