What's a pointer?

A pointer indicates that a title changed names or publishers and kept going with the old numbering system. For example,

https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/mighty-crusaders-the/xixr

has 5 issues under the Red Circle imprint and then goes to
https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/mighty-crusaders-the/pjyymp

for the remaining 8 issues. Now instead of looking it up separately, they are connected with links to make it easier for you.

For Amazing Spider-man vol. 1 goes to issue #441 then goes to volume 2 from 442 - 499 then goes back to volume 1. Those are now linked together so that you can easily follow the issue numbers. We are linking things together all over the site.

If you find one that needs to be linked together please let us know and we'll take care of it.
Ron
