When a member submits a book that starts the process. In the backend of the site, an admin claims them and then starts the research. They need to verify the cover, the existence of the book, pricing and who's exclusive.

For example, someone asked me about a specific Return of Wolverine cover that wasn't in our system. They asked about 1 book but when I start researching a title it makes sense to get all variants. I spent the entire day researching all the covers for Return of Wolverine, details, exclusives and current pricing from various sources. That kind of thing happens a lot. So there is some randomness to which book each admin does but if you submitted it, we will get to it.
