This movie could be a standalone horror movie. There is no Iron Man or Nick Fury to show a crossover to the Marvel Universe. And Stan Lee, when he makes his came appearance. .. it is almost at the end of the movie. Shortly after the credits run at the end of the movie there is a breakaway to show who the villain is in the next Venom movie. And yes, it is who everyone thinks it is. Then the credits roll on again and at the very end there is a two to three minute sequence from the animated spider-verse verse movie coming up.
