Noticed Batman #181 values are low for what they have been selling for. I mainly looked at Heritage past auctions for graded books. Looking at sold CGC 8.0 to 9.0 most have been selling over $1,000 in those grades.
Here a graded 8.0 is only valued at $336, way off of market I think.
Please consider looking into this, thank you.
