Wonder Woman 7 & 9 wrong everywhere for Cheetah

Being like many people I sought out Wonder Woman issues 7 and 9 for Cheetah, but I actually read them. Barbera Minerva appears in issue 7, but she IS NOT Cheetah yet. Issue 9 has her transform for the first time into the Cheetah after further rituals. So,... Issue 7, First appearance of Barbera Minerva and part origin issue 9, full origin and first appearance of the Cheetah (It's also the first time Minerva and Wonder Woman meet) Thoughts?
