I just tried to find info on the 1970's Giant-size spider-man I picked up (#4) and it is only under Amazing Spider-man, then the sub-heading of giant size. Nowhere in the title of inside the cover does it say Amazing spider-man. The page 1 description is "Giant-Size Spider-Man... Vol 1 #4 (or which ever it is).
Many other titles do come up under giant size, others under a parent title. There should be more consistency.
