I have a copy of The Further Adventures of Indiana Jones #1 and the last page did not get a proper cut (it is larger than the rest of the comic. I know the value of the book is not much but that brings the question to mind. Does Publisher mess ups have their own value?

If this was done at the printer, it is fine. Suggest you leave as is. I have a few comics with pages cut slightly large in exterior corners - My opinion is - there is no change in the grade of the comic due to this - if it is the way it came from the publisher.
