Does anyone have any info or price info on this issue:

I had never seen it before today and I'd like some info if anyone has any. I can't find anything about it online

The comic art shown as an alternate was the original artwork that got rejected for publication. They went with the artwork we all know about.
To my knowledge, they never printed this cover on an actual comic book. If they did, it was many years later as a reprint.
Sometimes foreign editions published the original versions of covers. I'm not sure if it was by mistake or due to timing issues with the production schedule.

My opinion is that this is a subsequent re-print by a country outside of the USA or a Photoshop embellishment by the purveyor of this website. Other country reprints of Marvel comics were common. Usually you can tell by the currency on the cover. This one - Canada or Australia maybe?

The artwork has been spotlighted before as the first draft of the cover. I don't think he has a comic with this cover. I think he wants one.
