Quick question

I am looking to buy some comics and the price guide here lists two prices, raw and graded. The sale price of the comic in question is just below the graded value in the price list. Should I follow that one then? Since it is close the graded value and the graded value is the fair market price more or less?

Thanks!

You'd be better off checking completed eBay listings than following the graded prices. In most cases the prices of
Graded books are currently selling around 2-3 times higher than the prices here.
Many dealers are aware of this.

Thanks for the reply!

Kind of taking my first steps as a collector and indulging in collecting some comics I´ve been wanting for years.

This comic is graded btw and from the 70´s so I´ll just assume that the graded value is close to the perceived market value.
