Most say "Direct Edition" on the Barcodes, not sure if that makes any difference

I just hold of around 100 comics- they seem to be in a good condition and in bags. I'm not sure how to price them though, are these graded? How do you know if its good or very good or excellent? I have pictures but don't know how to post them here.
