I pity the fool who doesn't know about The A-Team! Published in March 1984, it was based on the TV show (1983-1987).

I think I have that. I have quite a few of the Now Comics series for Mr. T and I have a Mr. T #1 from some short lived indy series.

All three issues! (Which is about average for 70s Atlas comics.)

A small print run then is still significantly larger than what most popular titles get today. I suspect it had an average print run. I've seen plenty of these in the wild.

In seriousness - I think that was a time when we didn't get print run numbers. But for the immense popularity of the show, I'd bet it was a big print run for issue #1, as they wanted to capitalize off of that popularity. But either the sales of #1 were low, or the sales of #1 were good but issue #2 was a huge drop.
They were re-released in packs after the initial publication.
