Anthony "The Whisperer" Cavelli was a member of the criminal syndicate Maggia who boarded a boat with the intent of kidnapping Dr. AJ Maxfield and get a ransom for her life and medicines - including a visa and a pardon to enter the United States. Simms found and threatened another person chasing Maxfield, Dracula. Although Cavelli confronted Dracula, the later murdered the Whisperer.
