Garbage Man was heavily involved in criminal affairs in New York City, primarily in drugs. He created Trash to help him in his drug-running. When Trash refused to kill Power Pack, he attacked them. In the ensuing battle, his warehouse was destroyed and Trash left his service. -Marvel Fandom
