I don't quite "get" the picture. Is this the cover to the last Civil War book or something?

This was on a preview found on amazon.com for some sort of tpb. but i think the colors were changed since it can easily go back to red and gold. It could just be promo art showing that iron man won the war. Also Marvel could be trying to throw us off with the colors.

heres the plot for that image as I understand it.
It falls into line with all the classified stuff out there in upcoming Cap America,Ms Marvel,IronMan comics.Ther have been rumours that the big upcing storyline takes place in the pages of Cap America 25,I believe it has been severely under ordered.

Remember when someone posted a picture not that long ago of Spider-Man Reign #1 and everyone was like "Oh no, don't kill Mary Jane", guess what? It was just a series that plays out an alternate future that has no impact on regular Marvel continuity. |

i think that picture is a tpb of ironman civil war issues however it could very well have nothing to with the story

I remember Cap having his own Iron-man suit... say issue #436 or so. After the "Fighting Chance" story line. I bet he just pulled this out to play dress-up or something. You know that krazy ol' Cap!

Doesn't Marvel have a title out or coming out called 'Bullet Points', or something to that effect, in which different people become different heroes... i.e. Steve Rogers becoming Iron Man, Peter Parker turns into the Hulk, blahblahblah????
If my memory is indeed right, then maybe this is an 'incentive cover'? Just a thought...
