Acceptance of Terms
By using this website and in completing the registration process you agree to the Terms. We may amend these Terms at any time. If you do not agree to the changes, you may discontinue your dealer services membership by sending an email request to comicguy@comicspriceguide.com.

Eligibility
Use of our services is limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. Our services are not available to parties whose use of our services has been suspended or terminated.

Registration
You must complete the registration process to be accepted into the dealer services membership. ComicsPriceGuide.com does not check the validity of business or name ownership. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any dealer services membership that may attempt to falsify association with an existing party.

Multiple Accounts
Only one account per dealer is accepted. Multiple accounts may be activated if the content of each account is different and requires a seperate storefront.

Right to Refuse Or Terminate Services
ComicsPriceGuide.com may refuse our services to anyone at any time. ComicsPriceGuide.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend any or all of our services to anyone at any time, with or without notice. In the event of account termination or suspension, you will be entitled to a pro-rated refund based on the time and/or services remaining on your account. You will not be entitled to a refund of used time and/or services.

Content Policy
Your membership entitles you to post products, ideas, messages, statements and other personal situations to various places in the CPG (including your CPG Store, the message boards and Sale Boards). You agree that this content may not:

• be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit, stolen or illegal items;
  
• infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
  
• violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including those governing export control, consumer
  protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination or false advertising);
  
• be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening, unlawfully harassing, or invasive of a person's privacy;
  
• be obscene or contain any pornography;
  
• use strong vulgar language, crude or explicit sexual references, demeaning racial or ethnic remarks, and/or hate speech
  
• link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that: (i) are prohibited under this Agreement; or (ii) you do not have a right to link to or include.
  

User Names & Passwords
Your are responsible for the safekeeping and security of your user name and passwords associated with your dealer services membership. ComicsPriceGuide.com is not responsible for any action incurred to your membership if the action was perpetrated with an authorized login.

Accurate and Complete Information
You must provide correct and updated information to the ComicsPriceGuide.com in relation to your dealer services membership. Providing false or incorrect information on your account may result in membership termination or suspension.

Endorsement
Membership in the ComicsPriceGuide.com dealer services does not imply endorsement of any kind. We do not monitor the activities of your actions with outside agencies. You are not allowed to use the ComicsPriceGuide.com name or logo except in the authorized usage policy of such images or statements.

Selling Ethics and Activities
While ComicsPriceGuide.com does not monitor or manage the activites of CPG dealer members, we do listen and consider the feedback of our our users. Excessive reports of mis-handling of services associated with your account may result in the termination or suspension of your account.

Fees
Your account must remain in good standing to avoid disruption of dealer services membership. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service and our website and all applicable taxes. Your paid membership entitles you to the services purchased. Additional fees for additional and teired services may apply. Fee schedules are subject to change with or without notice.

Membership Cancellation Requests
All services are non-refundable. Cancellation request will be heard, however, on a member by member basis and may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Copyright Policy
Each CPG Mall store owner is responsible for the securing the appropriate permissions regarding any artwork, cover scans, logos, text and any other copyrighted material. ComicsPriceGuide.com is not responsible for the copyrighted content of any CPG Store. Unauthorized copying or distribution of copyrighted works is an infringement of the copyright holders' rights.

CPG Store Hosting
Your store is your space. The ComicsPriceGuide.com maintains itself as a venue of services that you purchased and will not be held responsible for your activites while a member of the dealer services. ComicsPriceGuide.com is not responsible, nor will refunds or services be given, for normal server downtimes and outages, as well as other technical issues relating to server problems or situations. ComicsPriceGuide.com is not responsible for the deletion, alteration or loss of data due to network or system outages, file corruption, accidental deletion or any other reason. ComicsPriceGuide.com makes no guarantees about server speed, reliability or consistency and cannot be held liable for such.

Image Hosting
You are solely responsible for the content of any logos and images uploaded to your services. ComicsPriceGuide.com reserves the right to remove, edit or otherwise change images uploaded to our servers.

Linking To Outside Areas
You may link to areas outside of your CPG Store. While ComicsPriceGuide.com is not responsible and has no relation to links that transport users outside of ComicsPriceGuide.com, we reserve the right to edit or request the editing of links if they appear of offensive in any way to the users of the CPG. Automatic redirection is not allowed.

Pop-Ups
Not allowed.

Advertisements
ComicsPriceGuide.com may offer advertisements to the visitors of the CPG Mall and it's stores. These advertisements may or may not be included in areas designated as CPG content.

Message Board Posting
ComicsPriceGuide.com is not responsible for messages posted by dealers (or anyone else) on the message boards. You are expected to treat other posters with respect and consideration. ComicsPriceGuide.com reserves the right to delete or denounce any message left on your behalf if it violates what we consider fair posting. Spam is not tolerated on the message boards. We take great strides to advertise your stores on the CPG, please do not post excessive "sale" messages on the boards for this purpose.
8.7. Suspension. We may, in our discretion, permanently or temporarily revoke the posting privileges of an account if you breach this Agreement, or if we believe the circumstances warrant such action.

Termination and Suspension
Violation of this user agreement (or any action deemed unacceptable not mentioned) may result in the immediate termination or suspension of your dealer services membership.

Liabilities
ComicsPriceGuide.com is not responsible or liable for any services, including shipping or tracking, offered by any partner or affiliate company. You will comply with the terms and conditions of all agreements you have with third parties, including providers of marketplaces, as such terms and conditions relate to use of our services including terms and conditions related to types of items that may be sold or restrictions on concurrent sales. You will, at your own expense, indemnify, defend and hold ComicsPriceGuide.com and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from and against any loss, cost, damages, liability, or expense arising out of or relating to (a) a third-party claim, action or allegation of infringement, misuse or misappropriation based on information, data, files or other content submitted by you to us; (b) any fraud, manipulation, or other breach of this Agreement by you; (c) any third-party claim, action or allegation brought against ComicsPriceGuide.com arising out of or relating to a dispute with you over the terms and conditions of an agreement or related to the purchase or sale of any goods or services; (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (e) your use, or ComicsPriceGuide.com provision, of our services or use of your account by any third party. ComicsPriceGuide.com will have the right to participate in its defense and hire counsel of its choice, at your expense. You will not settle any action or claims on ComicsPriceGuide.com's behalf without the prior written consent of ComicsPriceGuide.com. In no event will we be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with this agreement even if aware of the possibility of such damages
