Post Signature: What are your thoughts on Variant covers. I remember in the late 80's and 90's, they used to put out these multiple cover issues and it drove me crazy and confused collectors. SO I got out of collecting. Now that I'm getting back in, I'm seeing these variant covers again. Is this different from the 80's system? Is it worth collecting Variants, or are they just a gimic that will devalue over time?

ANy thoughts?
