I got this today, for FREE. I had someone ask me to determine what their old comic collection was worth. After going through it and explaining how the poor grades had ruined a large number of nice books, the owner gave me this book for my troubles. I offered to buy it, but he gave it to me to thank me for my time. I know its not in great shape, but its a book I have always wanted, since I was a kid.

I graded it carefully this afternoon and its definately 3.0. The MVS is intact and the book is complete, so I'm excited to add it to my collection.
