I was wondering if anyone has heard of this does anyone know anything about it. I cant tell you much about it but all I know is that its a shrunken down versions of ASM #1 any help would be great

If you mean the really tiny one...Part of the Komikia key chain-size set that came out couple of years back...included pretty good runs of the Ultimate Spiderman and Ultimate X-Men titles along with a smattering of key Marvel comics...
