First, take a look at these three pages:

Now, I've been thinking of selling 2, maybe even all three of these. I couldn't/wouldn't sell my commissioned pieces, they were done for ME, but I'm in need of some money. So, in your opinions, how much do you think I could get for these three? I obviously would sell them separately and some time apart.

I'm not sure how much Morales pieces are going for these days (and these three are beautiful), but they would have gone for a whole bunch more if you'd have sold these right after Identity Crisis was out and was still hot.
Anywhere from $150 to $250 each, maybe, is what I'd say they'd go for. Maybe a little less, but only because IC isn't nearly as hot and didn't reach the status of the first Crisis -- Crisis on Infinite Earths (from which you can still find panel pages fairly cheap).
If I hadn't just bought a whole bunch of art, I'd probably be the first to want one of those.

I agree with Mike.

Actually, if you bought these when they were blazing hot, you might have paid a lot more for each page than the prices I listed. I wanted some IC art bad when it came out, but decided to wait when I saw what pieces were selling for ... I'm glad I waited, because the prices went down considerably. Morales' art is beautiful and I think he's the best of the newer generation of artists because he's more of an illustrator than just a comic book artist. His art is beautiful to look at, but it also tells the story, too, and doesn't get too flashy.
If you can afford to do so, I'd hold onto the art. They're really nice examples of Rags' art and you might get more for them on down the line.

I probably overpaid for the IC page, but I had to have it, I knew it right away, and not just b/c it was from IC. One of the things I've always loved about Superman is the connection he has with his parents. I actually meant to get the page before that one too, but before I could Rags decided he didn't want to sell anymore of his IC work and took it down from the website.
The other two I really like as well, but I think I got those for a real steal; I bought them from the Michael Bair's rep instead of Rags'. Bair actually tried to get me to trade back that WW page; it was never supposed to sell.
