Why would this be listed under the heading of Fantastic Four??!

Maybe he's referring to the Batman of Earth One, Earth Two, Earth Three and Earth Prime?? And why does Batman wearing pants under his suit?! I can see wearing underwear, but aren't the extra leggings a bit redundant? Was Adams original concept censored by DC to spare us from seeing Batman in his skivvies?
