Well, the impossible has been accomplished. A friend and fellow CGC Signature Series witness was able to get Crumb and Spiegleman to sign my Funny Aminals at Crumb's last US appearance promoting his Genesis project. It is currently on it's way to be a signature Series book. They signed 2 copies, but Spiegleman added a Maus sketch to mine. Here it is pre-slab.

they will make great display pieces. the signatures are great & the stetch is a nice addition. i remember when we first started the UG comix threads over at the old CPG site & we would talk about how undervalued this book is. 1st Maus in comix!
i did 3 Dan ONeill Comics & Stories SS books at San Diego 2007 (#1-3) where he signed & sketched himself in different parts of the covers 'rooting on' the murders. They graded out FN range, but are nice pieces.
yours will be a keeper
