Hi fellows! I was a ridiculous comic collector in the 90s, sucked in by foil variants and the like.
Anyway, it seems the only comics that gain value are the ones that are actually good. Sadly, I bought very few of those. However, I do have an uninterupted run 1-31 of Ultimate Spiderman, read once (if that) then bagged, boarded and boxed.
What sort of prices should I be looking at? Where should I be selling it? Should I sell it? What to do what to do! Your advice and expertise would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the boards! I love Ultimate Spider-Man, especially the early issues and so do many on theses boards. So, if you haven't received a private message yet, you could sell your collection here in the "Open Air Market" section, of our boards or on ebay. Do a little research and see what the going price for your collection is by checking for how much it sells on ebay and you could either use the "BUY IT NOW" option on ebay for a price similar to the sum that your research yields, or you could sell them here for a set price or best offer price. If you sell them on the boards there will be no ebay listing fees or final value fees. You get all the money (but if you use PAYPAL there is a fee)! You could also try selling your comics to stores like mycomicshop.com for cash or trade value; unfortunately, since the launch of Ultimate Comics Spider-Man the values of Ultimate Spider-Man have dropped a tad. | All depends on finding the right buyer at the right time. Someone's not going to pay alot extra if he only wants,for example, the first 4 or 5 issues of the run. However, if you happen to find a buyer that actually wants most or all of your run, you might get a little more. You're not usually going to get more than what the total single price value adds up to though, if that's what you mean.
