Hi guys...

i signed up last week, and have begun the slow (but fun) process of entering in my collection.

But in using the site, i have come up with some questions.  I have tried looking at the FAQ, but im not seeing the answers to any of these.

ANY help you guys could give would be greatly appreciated!

1)  If i accidently click on the "+" sign by an issue twice (thereby accidently adding 2 copies, instead of 1), is there a way to quickly remove one?  there doesnt seem to be a "-" (minus) feature.  Right now, if i accidently click an extra issue, the only way i can see to remove it is to go view my collection, bring up that seriers, click the issue and hit REMOVE.  I would think that there must be an easier way.

2)  If i want to add 2 copies of an issue, and hit the "+" sign twice, when i go to look at my collection i have TWO entries of the same issue (but both have the QUANTITY listed as 1).  This seems to be an error, as if go into the comic book detail page, change the QUANTITY field to 2, and NOW when i look at my collection it will show only ONE entry, but quanitity is correctly set as "2".  THIS is the way i'd prefer to see it in my collection, but i cant believe that this is the easiest way to do it.  Am i doing something wrong?

3) Is there a way to download a report for all of your collection in one spreadsheet?  currently, it looks like i need to download a seperate report for each publisher.  I would really need a report for my ENTIRE collection.

4) How do you send messages?  I have tried clicking on users names, and it will bring up a profile page for that member, but i can see no where where i can message that user.  Am i missing something?

Thanks in advance guys.  I'm loving this site so far and once i figure these issues out i should be rocking and rolling

Not at this time in 2.0...even in 1.0 you had to go to your collection to remove items...

Hmmm......seems like we could make that easier...I'll look into it.

3) Is there a way to download a report for all of your collection in one spreadsheet?  currently, it looks like i need to download a seperate report for each publisher.  I would really need a report for my ENTIRE collection.

Not at this time...but it's in the works for a future enhancement...

4) How do you send messages?  I have tried clicking on users names, and it will bring up a profile page for that member, but i can see no where where i can message that user.  Am i missing something?

Through the forum...if you click on their name at the left of their post it will bring up a list of options to communicate with them...
These are also listed in their forum profile...

The Priceguide side is a seperate animal...
If you click on "users online" it brings up a list of the users currently on line...and an "alpha" search option...If you click on the letter that starts their name it brings up a list that includes an option to send them a messege...

Thanks in advance guys.  I'm loving this site so far and once i figure these issues out i should be rocking and rolling
