If it sounds to good to be true, then it isn't.

Shocking. Really. Thought it might be for real.

This looks like another scam to me, but who knows.  The seller has 0 feedback, the account is two days old and I can't be entirely sure, but the image seems to be a swipe from a comicconnect listing.

EBAY listing

ComicConnect

I can't quite make out the number from the ebay photo, but it looks like it's the same to my poor eyes.  I have a feeling someone is going to regret bidding on this auction...

Definitely the same picture of the same comic.  CGC case # matches perfectly.

Somebody's wallet is $1345.00 lighter.

Same seller's got a CGC 6.5 FF #1.  Nothing matches it on Comic Connect though...

When I begin selling CGC'd comics on ebay (soon) I'll be watermarking them. Watermarks "scar/tatoo" a photo with an identifying feature to deter exactly this sort of fraud. And with a CGC'd book, unlike the detail that a watermark may cover up on raw comics, as long as the label is clear and most of the comic is recognizable, a watermark should be a no brainer. A shame ComicConnect didn't do the same thing in their own CGC listings.
