I just registered my membership to try and update the value of my collection. Cannot access large title files like "Action Comics". Get a time-out error. Small files for limited run titles not a problem. Is this a "my problem" or a "your problem". (Ultimately, I guess everything is a "my problem" if I can't get the info I need, huh?  Scanned the forums but didn't catch a post for this prob. Thanks for an assist.

In all likelihood it is a server issue. We'll see what we can do.

Hi guys, I'm also trying to add titles today, and getting a lot of timed out error messages. Tried Safari and Firefox but no joy with either. Guess you might have a server problem? Hope you can get it fixed soon.
In the meantime I'll just have to actually read some of the darn things!

same thing has been happening to me since sunday. i tried checking the values on a bunch of comics but the bigger ones like action comics and batman wont load. i keep getting this message
