Shadow, I have been having timing out issues since I first logged on at
2:45 pm this afternoon. I have tried to add issue #1 of Day of Vengeance
about 20 times and haven't had any success. I tried to add issue #515
of Uncanny X-Men and have received the Data Application Error page someone
posted above. All in all, I have five issues of comics in about three hours. I
have even used three different computers, two with XP and one with Vista
Premium. I have used Internet Explorer and Firefox (my preference). I have
cleared the cache, cookies and temporary internet files. And yet, I still
experience the same issues. I am beginning to think I have a dark cloud
hanging over my head.

| I've found it slow since Friday evening of last week. Prior to that is was zipping along fine. Since then it still works, but it take up to a minute to load a page. There are times it seemed to be improving, but then the it would slow back down. Starting last night I havn't been able to get any books added to the system since it keeps giving me the following message when I try to add the comic on the listing title page. Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

| Yup. I get the same error as above. I have cleared my cache and deleted my cookies in IE and firefox. Same error in each browser. If i log out then click marvel then ASM i get you need to login to view the titles. I log in and get the timeout error. If I log in and then click ASM i still get the timeout error.. Grrr... And I have about 25+ comics to add that I got at Long Beach Comic Con.

So ... I just signed up and paid for the premium account on Saturday. I organized all 50 long boxes and am ready to start inventory. Sadly it appears that this site is not all I had wished. Its Monday now and I still cant use the site. I have deleted cookies, used both IE and Firefox, restarted my PC, cycled my router numerous times and still nothing. Is this the way it always is and should I start demanding my money back? If this is a once every blue moon thing then I understand, this site appears to be just what I want but I would very much like to know if this is what Im in for. I have for better ways to spend my time then repeatedly trying to enter in the same comic over and over, getting errors and timeouts.

| Wow. I like the initiative here. But, seriously. I went through the site and the database today. I got rid of some clutter. please let me know if things are working better? I am going to stop these timeouts, even if it kills me. Which is not far off.
