Same lawyer that one Jerry Seigel's case against DC/Warner Bros.
Under the new laws, the Kirby Estate has the option of allowing the copyright to expire and enter the public domain. Or Disney can make them a nice offer.

| How can a co-creator "take back" his characters. What about the other creator, which is Stan Lee. Doesn't he have a say in this? (although I know Stan Lee has sued Marvel in the past).
