| Not sure many know about this, but when the hardcover of this was released, they were giving away posters for the the first 500 people (I may be wrong on the number, it's been a while) that mailed in the post card. I think the first 100 were autographed by Bingham, but mine wasn't. Thought I'd post mine for those interested: 
It's on really nice thick stock too.
