I seriously doubt you can get more than $50 for it...it's just not a key book signature or not...CPG's guide for CGC books can be way off sometimes...D

| You're assuming someone will pay a premium for a signed book, which isn't always the case. Personally, I couldn't care less whether a book was signed or not and certainly wouldn't pay more for it. I believe many collectors feel this way unless of course the book was a non-modern age key issue signed by a creator, which this one is not. In fact, some collectors view signatures as a defect.
