I bought this today but stupid me did't see the stain. How much does the stain knock this one down?
This is as big as it gets.

| Hard to tell from the size of the scan. Book might be in 5.5 without the stain and 3.0 with the stain. Earl.

It is a bit hard to tell but I think a 3 might be pretty harsh. I think I'd go with a 4.5 range assuming the only real detractor besides the stain is the bottom right corner crease.

If the stain is localized to FC only and not pages, since the book is under 6.0 I dont think it would effect it much or maybe not at all.  It could look worse.

I'm going to try and scan the book once I get it. Guy says it's an 8.0. We'll see. All corners are dinged and spine ticks make it an 8.0 then the FCBR is dinged bad so 7.0 but if cover is wrinked then.. Grading from a scan is fun but not accurate.
