As many of you know, I am an avid collector of all things X-men. I have a full run of X-men v2, but have been tracking down the variants lately.
My question is, does issue #1G actually exist? I've searched and searched and have never seen one. Does anyone have a copy? The scan posted in the guide has no identifying marks, so I've been checking print info in a ton of books, but no "Second Printing" indacia have shown up.

Should I take the silence as No one knows?

I have difficulty believing that a book with a 5 million print run would have required a second printing.

Not sure they are different, the only thing that seem different is that the 1c is a news stand with a lousy scan and the second one is first print with nice color
I tried to change the world, but god won't give me the source code, I tried to do it in Proton and failed.

Hey StarwarsEd, I just happen to look at the priceguide and compare my copy i own and tought was the 1c but if that 1g exist I have it, my copy of #1 have the same captain america tag on the low right corner and the same uk price that doesn't appear on the 1c scan. so if it really exist and it's not the same as the 1c then seem that I have it Interested?? i'll post a scan tomorrow....

As for not needing a 2nd print, I agree, but I found the 2nd print on X-force #1 and that book was printed to death. I just haven't found 1G after almost 2 years of searching.
The 2 scans in the guide really look like Newsstand and Direct Editions. I've been checking the print info inside the book and can't find a 2nd print.

StarwarsEd, which info in the book would tell me if it's second print or not??

Second Printing would be noted in the indacia inside the book.
