| Spire Christian Collections Spire Christian comics were a line of American comic books published by the Fleming H. Revell Company who were founded in 1870. The Revell's were related to the Barbour family. Barbour released their own christian comics in the late 1980's but they were a seperate company to Revell.
Spire published their line of Christian themed comics between 1972 and 1982. The core line consisted of 59 different titles but lots of variants exist with different prices and minor cover variations.

I have some Spire comics, not sure how or why I have them.
It's not a great read. The best part is that vivid cover....worth having just for that!

| In today....my first two Spire Chritian Comics. Managed to get the 1972 35 cents edition of God's Smuggler in around 9.0 and the 1974 39 Cents Edition of Through Gates of Splendor in around 8.0. Earl.
