1967 Philadelphia Card Company - there's 55 stickers in the set. $5-$7 a sticker Mint. $25 for the wrapper, $150-$250 for an empty box.
Silver age Marvel non-comic items 1st appeared in 1966, this was the 1st sticker set. Topps did sets in '75 & '76. Don't think there were any golden age Marvel stickers.
I think there were 3 stickers in a five cent pack, about 6 stickers for the price of a comic. Mint Marvel super hero comics from 1967 cost more than $30... Non-sports cards aren't as good an investment as comics - but the old ones are pretty fun.
