I signed up to CPG a while ago for what I thought was a month, but I noticed the other day my subscription is still running. I don't really use the site so was wondering how to cancel my subscription?

Thanks for the quick reply mate. Nothing against the site by the way, but with CCL, the CGC Registry and GPA I don't have the time/money to manage another site.

Is this Bryan guy still alive or is he just a complete arsehole? I have been trying to cancel this account for over 4 months now, and I see that I am not alone. Can someone on this site with some pull please do something about this please, I am really tired of dealing with incompetent &%*$s.

You might want to mention to Bryan that making Paypal the only way to pay for this site wouldn't be such a bad idea if he is going to be this incredibly hard to get a hold of. At least that way, people could handle this themselves.

Maybe a disclaimer when you go to pay:
"Although many types of payment are accepted, we suggest PayPal for ease of cancellation."
lol

Sorry, just a thought and I know it's not helpful, but I've been watching playford post curses for months now ... if I'm this flustered, I can only imagine how he feels. I fear that soon Boozad will be "bloody" this and "bloody" that ... lol ... I don't think I can bear it.

I am a little bit of both i suppose, and I am sorry. There is no excuse for the lateness. I have had some huge issues here at home and that should not have taken my attention away this much.  But it has, and for that I cannot apologize enough.

But to let everyone know, you can easily cancel any subscription at paypal itself.  You do a search for all your subscriptions and find comicspriceguide.com.

Playford, I looked into your account. It was already set as non-recurring by the time I looked at it.

You signed up with a credit card for one year May 12 2009.  Do you have another account that was set up under PayPal that I am missing?

Check my first email, it clearly asked to switch the one year to a one month subscription on the first day I registered, then when all of my emails were ignored, I asked you to let me out completely. Nothing has been done, obviously, as I can still log into my account after 4 months, so clearly it has not been remedied nor has my credit card been credited with thw initial fee. This is not hard to do.
