| Well it looks like fun showing off what you got so I thought I would do the same. Gonna start off with one of my best scores recently. This is the lowest issue Spidey I have. Paid $20

Can you believe I got this at a LCS? Guy didnt do his home work and put it out for what he gave for it on trade. He mostly sells Modern is why I think I got away with that one.

Well as most of you know I am really into Fantastic four which brings me to my next score. This is an interesting story because I didn't recieve what I was expecting to get. So I saw Fantastic Four Annual #2 on eBay and I really like the cover and wanted it bad so I bid and spend the most on one book so far for $40 bones. I was pretty happy with that at the time. As I waited for it to come I started having doubts about my purchase as I don't spend $40 on 1 comic very often. It finally comes and I notice its not as white as the Picture.  I dry clean it and that helped .
I also did some CT to it. Ok here is the interesting part. When I got the book I thought that I been duped with a repo cover because the back of the cover looked like this !! 
There were no ads or print on inside of front or back cover which was a first for me. I did some research and found out it was a rare variant and worth twice as much as the copy with ads.

A blank backed variant of FF Ann#2?
I had no idea - that's exciting.
The cover art has a lot going for it. It stands out when displayed with other FF or while other Annuals

Look who's got an angel on his shoulder!!! Excellent!! A variant from back then? I agree with Robbie, that's exciting! Got any details? I'd like to add file that away in my head, and be on the look out for one for me! It's nice. Looks like you did a good job on the cleaning; what'd it look like before? TEX
